Adventurers, firefighters, policemen, and outdoors men: they all use a helmet camera in one form or another. They are handy items to have so you relive the moments over and over again. -Remote Access-You don't have to manually activate the camera when you're taking on your activity. You can also shut it off by remote when you have those embarrassing moments.
-Lightweight-You want one that is lightweight so it doesn't weigh you down.
There are many benefits of the helmet camera and it is a great way to train, relive the moments and have fun. No matter what profession you're in, it makes it a handy tool.
