Power Wheels For Girls - Will Her Power Wheel Go in the Grass?

Power Wheels battery powered cars have been a favorite among children for as long as I can remember. I had one when I was a kid and now my girl has two of her own so far. There is just something about riding a battery operated vehicle that intrigues kids. Bringing so much fun and excitement for both kids and parents alike, Battery operated cars create fond memories for the whole family and open up a world of excitement for your little girl. All things are not created equal though, Power Wheels For Girls come with many options that can have a tremendous impact on the enjoyment and quality of your new Fisher Price Vehicle.

The biggest disappointment of my girls first battery vehicle was its inability to drive on grass, it was quiet near impossible without an adult behind nudging it along. Due to the small slick tires on it, it didn't matter if it was dry or wet in the yard, it wasn't going on its own. The car was just too light and would do nothing but spin in the grass. So this in turn meant that my little girl couldn't play on it anytime she wanted, we had to go for walks around the neighborhood so we could stay on a hard surface. So lesson learned it may be a cute little car but you can't purchase girls Power Wheels based on looks alone.

The 2nd vehicle in her fleet I wanted to make sure would travel on any terrain so I went with the Monster Traction series. I must say that the ride on cars with the monster traction logo definitely live up to there name. Her new battery powered ride on toy will let her go pretty much anywhere she pleases, she is much happier with it and spends much more time riding on it. And lets not forget the added plus that an adult doesn't have to stay on its tail nudging it along, we can actually sit back and enjoy watching her ride and explore.

Hopefully this little tip will help you when choosing an electric ride on for your girl and keep you from making the mistake that I did. Don't purchase your girls battery vehicle based on how pretty it is, granted you want something cute for her but she won't have much fun looking at a pretty car that she can't drive! Pay attention to the wheels, bigger equals better, more rugged equals better, wider equals better, look for this and you won't be sorry and you will know you made a good choice in choosing the right Power Wheels For Girls.
