One:
There has been multiple amendments added onto the constitution as well. Large organizations have even begun to expand there business's large enough that they needed to create laws and regulations for not just employees but also customers. There are laws which govern the land, laws having to do with each and every state, laws that surround criminals, families, and labor laws, laws regarding real estate, immigration, bankruptcy, etc.
Two:
It seems like in this day and age if someone has a problem with something the easiest way to fix the problem would be to simply create a law forbidding that to happen again. This has been seen in many everyday things. The easiest example for this is to take any professionally played of practiced sport and break it down. Break it down into different divisions and different levels so everyone can understand it in their own way, however by keeping the traditional ways intact as well.
Three:
In football and soccer there are offside rules, keeping the opposite team from gaining an unfair advantage, then allowing them to score. In hockey there are certain rules and therefore if broken have a punishment, and in this case the penalty box. Every rule has a bases, as said before, to protect the citizens, or players from harm in anyway. I have chosen to go in depth with the law surrounding the requirement of having to wear helmets in competitive horse back riding or eventing. Helmets have saves hundreds and hundreds of lives.
